Questions, answers and suggestions about human hair wigs and hair extensions

How do I find the right hair length for me?

In our shop you can buy hair extensions from 10 inches (25 cm) to 40 inches (100 cm). We offer all hair types from shoulder length to behind butt length. You can order the length you want. We recommend buying multiple bundles for the best look, especially if you have longer hair. You should then buy in the same length as 18 18 18 or a similar length as 18 20 22 for the best result. Please consider that you have to cut the ends of your hair for the first time after approx. 6-8 weeks. You might consider buying one size longer. The hair length is always the stretched length. A curly or wavy hair looks shorter as you see in the photo. The photo is an example of a standard size, what the hair length will look like. Remember that this is a sample photo and it doesn't count if smaller or larger than the standard.

How many bundles do I need?

Please note that our bundles always contain around 100 grams. For example, the weft is wider on shorter hair than on long hair. If you want long hair, you need more bundles.

If you need advice about the quantity, please contact us. we will help

We recommend these amounts for a standard hair extension

35cm (14") – 45cm (18") at least 2 bundles

50cm (20") - 55cm (22") at least 2-3 bundles

60cm (24") - 65cm (26") min. 3 bundles

70cm (28") – 75cm (30") at least 3-4 bundles

80cm (32") - 100cm (40") min. 4-6 bundles

Of course, if you just want to fill in your own hair of the same length, you don't need so many bundles.

How do I measure hair length correctly?

The real hair length is always the stretched length. While straight hair is always true length, wavy or curly hair is not. You can order your curly or wavy hair 1 or 2 sizes longer to get the length you want

In the picture below you can see all available styles. The picture shows bundles in 24" 60cm. You can very well see that some styles look much shorter than others. The straight hair shows the real 24" 60cm

Which hair care should I use?

BEFORE INSTALLATION

Wash your extensions 1-2 times in lukewarm water

WASH WITH MOISTURIZING HAIR CARE PRODUCTS

Wash your extensions with moisturizing hair care products a maximum of 3 times a week. Because your extensions don't get natural oils from your scalp to keep your hair in good condition, this retains moisture from shampooing while not drying them out from over-shampooing.

USE A HEAT PROTECTOR

Use hair extension heat protectant to reduce the risk of heat damage when using a heated tool on your hair.

hair conditioner

Once a week, gently soak your extensions in lukewarm water and apply a little conditioner. Leave on for about 20 minutes, then rinse and let dry naturally - using a hair dryer will damage them if used too often. If necessary, set the dryer to a cool setting (almost like when it's windy).

KEEP THE ENDS TRIMMED

No matter how careful you are, your human hair extensions will most likely end up with split ends. To prevent the damage from moving up the hair shaft, trim the ends every 6-8 weeks.

HOW TO COMB / BRUSH

You can comb or brush your extensions in your own hair. Only the curly hair needs special treatment. For curly hair, simply use your fingers to comb or use a special comb for curly hair

AVOID KNOTS

Braid your hair before bed, or even better, use a hair net. Comb your hair regularly. Avoid getting your hair dirty

What is the difference between untreated and chemically treated human hair?

Unprocesed human hair means that the extensions or wigs have not been subjected to any chemical process during manufacture. This only applies to our straight and full natural black hair. The disadvantage of this is that the Hair Style is only made from fabric with hot steam. This means that the wavy hair will lose its waves after washing and the straight hair may appear a little wavy. You will then have to straighten or restyle them yourself with a straightening iron or curlers

procesed hair applies to all other types of human hair and wigs that we sell. We are an honest company and therefore do not label all products as unprocessed like most other sellers do.

Treated hair would be any type of curly hair. Because this type of hair got its waves/curls permed in a chemical process

Of course all types of colored hair are chemically processed as their color is not the natural color and this hair has been bleached/colored which of course is also a chemical process

Can the hair be bleached and dyed?

You can dye and bleach the hair as it is real human hair. For our standard color 1b natural black, we recommend bleaching the hair first and then coloring it. Supermarket/grocery store products will not work on dark hair color. If you feel unsure or have less experience with this, we recommend that you consult a professional barber/stylist. If you get it wrong, you will irreparably damage the hair.

Of course we cannot guarantee any hair coloring process as we simply do not know anything about the work of the person doing the coloring process and not the products that person uses.

To help your extensions last longer and avoid irreparable damage to your extensions, we DO NOT RECOMMEND bleaching or coloring your hair unless you are a professional at it

All information about wigs

The real hair length is always the stretched length. While straight hair is always true length, wavy or curly hair is not. You can order your curly or wavy hair 1 or 2 sizes up to get the length you want

1" = 2.54cm

In the picture below you can see how to measure a wig correctly

While finding your favorite wig, there may be an option to choose between Closure and Frontal

Choose the option you like more

1" = 2.54cm

Our wigs have a standard density of 150%

A more dense wig is made with more strands of hair at the back, making it look thicker

Please note that most wigs on the market are only made at 130% density, meaning even our standard 150% wigs are thicker than most

If you want a fuller wig, we can have it made for you in 180% or even 250% density. You must contact us so that we can calculate the price of the thicker unit

The random cap size for the wig is "M/Medium".

If you need a smaller (S/Small) or (L Large) wig cap, please put it as a comment with your order. If not, we always ship in standard cap size "M". Orders without a cap size in the comment are always sent in size M

1" = 2.54cm

If you have any further questions, you can of course contact us directly at any time

What is the quality of the hair?

We are sorry but we do not sell our extensions by hair grade

Let's explain why:

As there is no regulatory body controlling what may be considered 5A, 6A, 7A, 8A, 9A, 10A, 12A or 15A hair.

As an example, a 7A Hair from one supplier may not be the same as the 7a from another supplier.

However, there are also some providers who call their 5a hair instead of 7a hair, even 8a hair.

Or worse, the hair that was called "5A" 5 years ago is now called "8A" by the same vendors. In reality, they're probably the same hairs, but just an extra "A".

Overall, each company can define its own hair grading system to describe the quality of products.

And there is no official standard to define the grading of hair extensions.

Because of this, customers face big problems when they choose high quality hair with “A” as standard.

So you can not only judge the hair quality by the grade number,

So to our knowledge, shops that sell hair by grade could be even highly fraudulent by selling high grade hair that just isn't worth it and aren't even aware of it because they just don't know any better.

A little history of the hair rating system

When "3A" hair appeared, some people say it was so amazing. That might have been back around 2010-2011.

Then in 2012 there was “4A” hair. The hair was considered the new top grade.

In 2013, "5A" hair was created, and as you might have guessed, it became the best.

Umm… the “6A” hair was all the rage back in 2014.

Then there was "7A" hair in 2015. It became the best hair.

In 2016-2017, 8A hair was very popular and 9A hair was the best.

Now, in 2019, you see some hair vendors promoting "10A" hair as the best hair. Some hair suppliers even sell grade 11A and 12A hair.

What degrees will we get this year in 2023?

Do you like the trend?

Every year hair sellers add an extra "A" to their hair. And then it becomes the most popular and means top quality.

Remember:

In fact, it's just hair marketing to stay competitive.

For this reason we do not sell hair by grade.

We have many customers who have been buying from us for years because they like the quality

This shows us that our hair is of a quality that satisfies our customers.

And not just any degree without real meaning
